We'll demonstrate how DocRouter.AI extracts full schemas from unstructured documents using a drag‑and‑drop UI, and how the Cursor editor streamlined the implementation.

Overview
An open source project, DocRouter.AI transforms unstructured documents into ERP data. We recently added support for full schema extraction, using a drag-and-drop UI. We will look at how that was implemented, and also at how the Cursor editor was instrumental in how latest features were developed.
